Privacy Policy

In case you missed it before, we’re Buildicus, a California limited liability company (“Buildicus™”, “we,” “us,” or “our”). We made a service called Buildicus™. Buildicus™ does all of this Buildicus , and we think it is pretty awesome (collectively, the “Services”). For the whole thing to work, we have to collect some personal information from you. We know that your personal information is super important to you, and we want you to know that it’s super important to us too. So, here’s what we’re going to do about it.

This Privacy Policy (the or this “Policy) applies to www.Buildicus.com, and other affiliated sites that we choose to include at a later time (the “Sites”).

  1. This Policy and Acceptance

    This is the Privacy Policy (the or this “Policy”) that applies to your use of the Sites. By visiting, using, or otherwise interacting with the Sites, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Policy

      We keep track of how you use the Sites and the Services. This information helps us to monitor what’s working and what’s not so that we can continually improve the Sites and the Services.

    • Information We Receive from Third Parties.

      We do not operate third party applications that interact with the Services or the Sites (the “Applications”). Whenever you visit, use, or interact with the Applications, we may receive information the third party operator of the Applications, including information about the actions you take using the Applications. This information helps us to improve the interaction between the Applications and the Services.

    • This information is important to our ability to provide the Services, and it is important to you that this information be kept private. Throughout this Policy we will refer to this information collectively as (“Your Information”).

  3. Use of Your Information

    We collect Your Information so that we can deliver the Services safely, efficiently, and in the highest possible quality. We will use Your Information to create and maintain your account, and to improve the Services. We only collect Your Information because you are voluntarily submitting such information to us in order to use the Services.

  4. We’re not in the business of selling Your Information, so we won’t.

    We use commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural measures to safeguard Your Information against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. We limit access to Your Information to employees whom we believe reasonably need Your Information to provide support, products, or services to you or to fulfill their roles within our organization.

We cannot control the actions of others with whom you share Your Information, whether over the Sites, through the Services, or elsewhere on the internet. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy setting or security measures on the Sites.     The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), we will never knowingly gather or use personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, and we do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to create an account for use of the Services.

  7. Cookies… Sans Milk

    We may place a text file called a “cookie” in the internet browser files of your computer. This file helps make the Services easier to use. You can remove or block cookies using the settings in your internet browser, but in some cases modifying these settings may impact your ability to use the Services.

  8. Third Party Payment Processor

    We do not process any payments or store any payment information. All payments made in relationship to the Services or the Sites is conducted by a third party payment processor called “Stripe.” We like Stripe, that’s why we use them. However, we do not own or control Stripe or its payment processing services. You should read and understand Stripe’s privacy policy before making payments related to the Services or the Sites.

  9. Your Control Over Your Information

    You may modify or update the information in your account at any time. If you have trouble updating Your Information, please contact our support team Buildicus.com.

  10. Modification of This Policy

    From time to time we may modify or update this Policy. In the event that we decide to make a significant modification to this Policy we may, in our sole discretion, notify you of the change by contacting you directly at the primary e-mail address that you have provided to us. In the absence of such heightened notification, we will notify you of modification to this Policy by publication here.

    We have been awarded TRUSTe’s Privacy Seal signifying that this Policy and our practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe’s program requirements TRUSTe including transparency, accountability, and choice regarding the collection and use of Your Information. The TRUSTe Privacy Seal covers only this Policy and information that is collected through the Sites.
